I will tailor a program to fit with your schedule using the equipment you have available to you, whether that's a full gym, or at home. Workouts are strength and mobility based but also include HIIT and cardio if that's something you're into!
No, you do not need any equipment to participate in the program. However, if you have access to equipment, that would help with variety and reaching your goals more quickly.
Yes, the program includes nutrition coaching to help you learn strategies that will get you to your goals, without extreme dieting. Because no diet should make you cut out your favorite foods!
